Upon completion of the class you will be able to demonstrate competency in cleaning, maintenance, and restoration industries in compliance with the Global Harmonized System (GHS) and health and safety principles.

This IICRC approved Odor Control Technician (OCT) class concentrates on odor sources, detection process and the theory of odor control. The IICRC-approved Trauma and Crime Scene Technician (TCST) certification class is an immersive hands-on training, held on location in Panama City, FL. Students will learn how to handle the unique situations encountered when performing trauma and crime scene cleanup, regardless of surface, item, or location. In this hands-on class, we will delve into the unique challenges encountered during trauma and crime scene clean-up operations. Successfully completing this TCST certification allows a student to demonstrate knowledge of the various procedures and precautions taken when performing work at a trauma/crime scene.

The IICRC approved Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification equips the student with basic knowledge in the field of water damage restoration. You will learn the effects of humidity on various materials, and how to use the different monitoring tools to make accurate decisions with your drying plan. This in-person class will have hands-on exercises in the IICRC approved Applied Structural Drying facility (Flood house). You will have the opportunity to use meters and various other inspection tools and cameras, as well as setting equipment, and monitoring the drying process of a water loss.

The WRT/ASD Combo class is a 5-day comprehensive in-person program that combines two essential certifications: the Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and the Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD).
This IICRC approved WRT/ASD Combo class takes place in both the classroom and the IICRC approved "flood house". The dynamic training combines classroom instruction with practical application. The class is conducted in both the classroom and an IICRC approved Applied Structural Drying facility (Flood House). Students will engage in various tasks, including water extraction, moisture mapping, and documenting the extent of the damage.
